NVIDIA (NVDA) Faces AI Bubble Concerns Ahead of Earnings Report

NVIDIA (NVDA, Financial) saw a 4.08% decline in its stock, with trading volume reaching $30.848 billion. The company is set to release its fourth-quarter earnings, and analysts warn that pessimistic guidance could burst the AI bubble, significantly impacting the generative AI sector. CEO Jensen Huang clarified that investor concerns over DeepSeek are a misunderstanding, emphasizing that post-training AI will increase demand for NVIDIA's computational power.

Tesla (TSLA) dropped 4.68%, with $25.103 billion in trades. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration disclosed that Tesla will recall 376,241 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles due to a software issue affecting power steering. Former director Hiro Mizuno denied involvement in any plan for Tesla to invest in Nissan, questioning Tesla's interest in Nissan's factories.

Palantir (PLTR) fell 4.63%, with a weekly drop of about 15%, partly due to CEO stock sales and reduced defense spending. Apple's (AAPL) stock decreased by 0.11% as it plans to replace Qualcomm modems in iPhones with its own, and it will no longer offer "Advanced Data Protection" in the UK.

Amazon (AMZN) decreased by 2.83%, while Microsoft (MSFT) saw a 1.90% drop. Alibaba (BABA) rose by 5.72%, with a weekly gain exceeding 15%, as it plans to increase AI investments. UnitedHealth (UNH) and Google (GOOGL) also experienced declines due to ongoing investigations and regulatory challenges, respectively.
