The Shanghai Stock Exchange has accepted the application for the special asset-backed securities (ABS) plan by Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd., in collaboration with 21Vianet Group Inc. (VNET, Financial). The original equity holder of this project is Beijing 21Vianet Broadband Data Center Co., Ltd., with the proposed issuance amount set at 860 million yuan.
