Eurozone 10-year government bond yields have experienced a slight increase, mirroring the movement in U.S. Treasury yields following recent developments in U.S. tariff policies. According to data from Tradeweb, the yields on 10-year Eurozone bonds rose by approximately 3 basis points, with German bond yields climbing to 2.417%.
ING's rate strategists, Padhraic Garvey and Michiel Tukker, noted in a report that Eurozone interest rates might remain sensitive to economic growth risks. They highlighted that short-term rates, in particular, could see further declines in the near term.
