As part of his commencement package, he will be granted restricted stock units (RSUs) under the T-Mobile 2023 Incentive Award Plan, compensating for any forfeited phantom share awards from his previous employer, Deutsche Telekom AG.
The agreement outlines provisions for termination, including severance benefits if Mr. Gopalan's employment is terminated without cause or if he resigns for good reason. In the event of his death or disability, specific benefits are also detailed.
