Ferrari Group Plans IPO on Amsterdam Exchange

Italy's luxury logistics company, Ferrari Group, has announced plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the Amsterdam Exchange. The company stated that the offering is expected to take place in the coming weeks. Through its holding company, Deiana Holding, Ferrari Group intends to privately place 25% of the shares held by the founding family to various institutional investors.

Founded in 1959, Ferrari Group initially operated in customs brokerage and freight services in Italy. Today, the company specializes in the transportation of luxury goods such as watches, jewelry, and diamonds, with an annual goods value exceeding 170 billion euros.
