In conjunction with Mr. Lundquist's departure, Fastenal has elected Brady D. Ericson as a new independent director. Mr. Ericson, who is currently the President and CEO of PHINIA Inc., brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at BorgWarner, where he served in various leadership positions. His appointment maintains the number of directors on the board at eleven.
Mr. Ericson will also serve on Fastenal's Audit Committee and will receive a pro rata portion of the annual retainer and equity award for his service. His appointment is expected to bring fresh perspectives to the board, contributing to Fastenal's ongoing growth and success.
