Tesla Secures Battery Supply Deal with EVE Energy for US Operations

Tesla has reportedly reached a supply agreement with EVE Energy to procure energy storage batteries. EVE Energy's Malaysia plant is set to begin supplying these batteries to Tesla's U.S. operations starting in 2026. When questioned about this development, EVE Energy responded that any business operations should be confirmed through official company announcements.

This move is part of Tesla's strategy to increase the number of suppliers, thereby gaining more control over battery pricing. The company has been actively working to diversify its supplier base to drive competitive pricing and secure a steady supply for its growing electric vehicle and energy storage businesses.
