Apple has announced a new "Holiday Return Policy," allowing customers to return eligible products purchased between November 8 and December 25 by January 8, 2025. This policy is available in countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. In some countries such as Italy, Spain, Japan, and Mexico, the return window extends even further.

The new policy aims to provide more flexibility for holiday shoppers, accommodating returns of gifts and other purchases made during the busy holiday season. However, it's important to note that mainland China will not be adopting this extended return policy; purchases there will still adhere to the standard 14-day return period. Customers in China can initiate returns online within 14 days for both online orders and in-store pickups, while in-store purchases can also be returned within 14 days at any Apple Store.
