Ayala, the company's Chief Operating Officer, will be stepping down from his role effective January 1, 2025. In a strategic move, ADP has appointed Joseph DeSilva, currently the President of Global Sales, as the new Executive Vice President, North America and Chief of Operations. With this new role, Mr. DeSilva will see a 6.2% increase in his base salary, and his annual target bonus as a percentage of base salary will rise from 100% to 150%.
