China and Japan Renew Bilateral Currency Swap Agreement

The People's Bank of China and the Bank of Japan have renewed their bilateral currency swap agreement with a maintained swap scale of 200 billion RMB/34 trillion JPY. The agreement is valid for three years and can be extended with mutual consent.
