Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Dr. Henry Ji, Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and CEO of Sorrento Therapeutics. And it is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2022 annual meeting. We are delighted that you are able to join us today for this virtual meeting.
As Chairman of the Meeting, I hereby call the meeting to order and appoint Stacy Park, the company's Associate General Counsel to serve as Secretary.
I would also like to introduce Andy Kimball of Ernst & Young, our independent registered public accounting firm. During the Q&A period at the end of today's session, Mr. Kimball will be able to answer any appropriate questions you may have concerning the independent audit.
The Board of Directors has appointed [Jon Commers] of Broadridge Financial Solutions to act as Inspector of Election for the meeting. Mr. Commers has previously taken his oath as the inspector of election. We will file the executed [oath] with the records of this meeting.
