So I'd start, Laurence, by asking you've been at Heineken 4 years now, I think, and there's been a lot going on in these 4 years. You've done a transformational deal in Brazil. You've strengthened your position in South Africa. You've entered new markets with greenfield breweries, launched Heineken 0.0, quite a number of craft brands. So definitely a lot going on.
