Good morning. I am Carl Grimstad, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waitr Holdings, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the company's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This meeting was called to be held at 11:00 A.M. Eastern today. And it being 11:00 A.M. Eastern now, I will call the meeting to order. As is self-evident to all in attendance today, due to the unusual circumstances in which we find ourselves, today's meeting is being conducted virtually by webcast and audio conference call.
