Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Shenandoah Telecommunications Company Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I am Christopher French, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of your company, and I'll be acting as the Chairman of today's meeting.
I'm so pleased to have you join this webcast, and I want to open by thanking the Shentel Board of Directors, all of whom are joining us virtually today. And thank you to the Shentel leadership team, and our many Shentel employees throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, who have joined us as well.
