Awesome. Thank you. Welcome, everyone. I guess, we're going to finish off the day. And really exciting day for the company. LiveOne just announced the -- we have expanded our buyback dramatically to $5.5 million. We bought over 2.7 million shares already and expect to buy a lot more. And we're very aggressive in the market right now.
And part of the exciting part of that is our cash is going up. We reported $6 million of cash a few weeks ago. Today, we reported $9 million of cash and over $28 million in short-term assets. And all of our debt is now being converted to common stock, led by Jeff Osher at No Street at $2.10, so well above the market.
