Thank you. Good morning. I am Dr. Dennis Carlo, President and CEO of Adamis Pharmaceuticals. I would like to welcome you and call to order our Reconvened 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting which is a continuation of a meeting initially convened on August 20, 2020. This reconvened meeting is being held virtually.

I'd like to first introduce our directors and officers who are in attendance today. In addition to myself, we have our Chairman, Dick Williams; and Directors, Howard Birndorf; Roshawn Blunt; and Dave Marguglio, who is also our Chief Business Officer.
