All right. Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Michael Elias, and I'm the data center and content delivery network analyst here at Cowen. For this meeting, we have Equinix. And from Equinix, we have Bill Long, who's the SVP of Core Product Management; and we have Chip Newcom, who is the Director of Investor Relations.
This will be structured as a fireside chat, which will run around 40 minutes. I prepared a bunch of questions, but I'll do my best, I promise, to try and open it up to the audience for questions to the extent time permits.
