Its commercial properties aggregate approximately 735,000 square feet, which includes approximately 125,000 square feet at its property held as a joint venture with an unaffiliated third party, and its retail properties contain approximately 47,000 square feet. It own multifamily properties containing 4,393 units, which include 686 rental units at its properties held as a tenant in common with an unaffiliated third party.
