ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ascent Capital Group, Inc. (“Ascent” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ASCMA) today announced the settlement of the noteholder action (the “Noteholder Action”) filed in the Court of Chancery in the State of Delaware by certain holders of the Company’s 4.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”) against the Company and each of its directors and executive officers.
