Japan has been stuck with virtually no growth since the 1990s following an incredible double bubble in real estate and stocks that was built up in the 1980s.

Jean-Marie Eveillard (Trades, Portfolio) thinks that Japan needs to do whatever it can to inflate, whether or not they will be successful, he doesn't know.
