Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining me and CFO, Rob Doyle, for Domain's 2020 Half Year Results Briefing. We'll run through the agenda on Slide 3 of the presentation. I'll provide an overview of the result and how domain is delivering on its strategy, followed by some comments on the outlook for FY '20. Rob will then take you through the group financials. For the first half of FY '20, Domain delivered a solid performance in the context of a challenging period which the Australian property market has been experiencing. Despite unprecedented declines in new market listings, Domain continued to leverage its key assets of effective listings parity and large, engaged audiences to deliver value to agents and consumers. Our Residential business grew the number of paid depth contracts with agents, and depth penetration increased in all states.
