(foreign language) And a very warm welcome to all of you to the 77th Annual General Meeting of Asian Paints Limited. I am Deepak Satwalekar, Independent Director and Chairman of your company. I'm joining this meeting from Mumbai.
It is with pleasure that I am addressing all of you today. Dear members, this AGM is being conducted through video conference in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
We have taken all efforts to enable the shareholders to participate through video conference and vote at the AGM in a seamless manner. Participation of members through video conference is being reckoned for the purpose of quorum under Section 103 of the company's Act 2013 as per the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
