Welcome to the ordinary General Meeting of ROCKWOOLÂ International. According to article 7(a) in the Articles of Association, the Board has decided to ask Attorney-at-law, Niels Heering, to act as Chairman of the meeting.

Thank you very much. Thank you to the Board of Directors for appointing me Chairman of the meeting. The entire meeting will be broadcast directly on the web through the ROCKWOOLÂ website.
After the meeting, the recording will also be available on the website itself. We are less than 10 people in the room, so we do meet the instructions issued by the Danish government with regard to the organization of meetings.
