So good morning. So my name is Thomas Volk. For those who don't know me yet, I am the CEO of Cancom. I've been with Cancom for 1.5 years. Started off as President in 2017, end of 2017. And last year, October 1, officially, I became CEO of the company.
So what we want to do here today is give you an overview of where are we as a company right now in terms of our transformation, our strategy execution and also what kind of -- and Thomas, our CFO, will do that, what kind of improvement and what kind of directions do we see from a financial perspective, okay? So we'll talk more about the strategy and the company direction we are taking.
