It's almost been -- well, I think it's exactly 4 years since the RMT. I think your vision was to create a premier industrial company focused on mission-critical flow creation and industrial technologies. It obviously seems like you've come a long way. But maybe talk about what's gone better than you expected? Has anything got worse than you expected? And if we're sitting here 4 years from now, what do you think will be the biggest point of change in Ingersoll Rand 4 years from now versus today?
