Thank you, Mary. Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for joining our call today. On the line with me, I have Justin Lockwood, our CFO.

I'm sure by now you've had a chance to read the statement we put out a couple of hours ago relating to the, what I would say is, extremely positive news that the tax audit for our Polish home credit business for the years '10, '11 and '12 have been closed. And also agreement -- the adjustments for the years '13 through '17 are now agreed, resulting in an overall payment of around GBP 3.8 million. This payment extinguishes a contingent liability of GBP 137 million. And most importantly, I think, it closes the uncertainty for our shareholders, providers of finance, our colleagues, and
