Good morning. Will the meeting please come to order. My name is Jeremy Hitchcock, and I'm the Executive Chairman of the Board of Zoom Telephonics, Inc. In connection with our merger with Minim, Inc. in December of 2020, going forward, my colleagues and I will refer to Zoom Telephonics, which now does business under the name Minim as Minim.
I'll act as Chairman of this 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Minim, and I would like to welcome all of our shareholders and stockholders participating virtually by webcast as I, just like last year, hold this meeting entirely by live webcast. The webcast will be posted on our website for a period of time after this meeting.
I would also like to introduce Gray Chynoweth, our Chief Executive Officer, who will be acting as Secretary of this meeting.
