Good afternoon and thank you for joining. My name is Michael French, and I am the Vice President of Sales at Red Cloud Securities. Today I'm joined by Chris Herald, the President, CEO, and Director of Solitario Zinc Corporation. Solitario has three main projects: the Florida Canyon zinc project in Peru, which is a JV with Nexa Resources; the Lik zinc project in Alaska, which is a JV with Teck Resources; and La Promesa property in Peru.
