Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the 2022 results presentation. You'll be aware, this is my first full year presentation and I hope you've had a chance to look through the RNS statement and the additional information that we provided this year to aid as your understanding of the performance of the business. As you know, I joined in 2022. So about that been present for about 6 months. And what I'll do is I'll talk you through a little bit of the strategy and headlines, and then I'll hand over Caroline, who will talk you through the numbers in a bit more detail at the end, but we can then step through some questions.
