Good morning, everyone. I won't keep you too long. The hotel's got a 24-hour emergency response team. As part of that, we coordinate emergency responses. This session, just to inform you, look, if there is an emergency, you'll hear the alarms going off, 2 sets, the beep, beep and the woop, woop. If that does occur, there will be fire wardens, they'll have their appropriate helmets on. Just follow their instructions. And just for your education, there's the exits there, another one over there, another one just over here. And in the event we have to evacuate, the assembly point will be, I think everyone knows the botanic gardens, so if you could all just meet there
