Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, thank you for coming to this shareholders' meeting, and I wish you welcome. This meeting is convened by the Board of Directors following a publication in the notice of meeting at -- on Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on 31st March 2023 and the convening notice in the same bulletin and (inaudible) Parisienne on 28th April 2023.
The general meeting is live streamed on the company's website. And like every year, it will be video recorded and the video will be available on the Shareholders Meeting page of our websites. I will chair the meeting this year as Chairman of the Board.
I have with me, Christophe Perillat, CEO of the Group; Robert Charvier, CFO; and Eric Antoine Fredette, Chief Counsel and COO. Members of the Board are also sitting on the front row in the room. The statutory auditors also present. And I would also point out that we are very glad to welcome a few journalists amongst us.
