Ladies and gentlemen, shareholders, I would like to welcome all of you to the 2021 Combined General Shareholders' Meeting of Vivendi Group.
As you can well imagine, we would have much preferred that we'd be able to meet together physically today as we'd hoped to do when we decided to postpone this shareholders' meeting to the end of June. Unfortunately, the health situation made that complicated and conceivably risky to organize that type of event with people physically present. Therefore, once again, we have had to hold this AGM behind closed doors with a live webcast on our website and also a live webcast through Dailymotion. As you can imagine, we really can't wait to meet with you again in the very near future. We especially like our meetings, our discussions with you, dear shareholders. Some of you have been onboard with us for many years now, and I know you know who you are.
Now I'm going to move on to the formalities. I'd remind you, our AGM was convened for this day by an invitation published in the BALO for June 2021
