Good morning, everybody. I'm delighted once again to be joined by Stefano Porro, Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit, a role which she has held for just over 4 years. Today, we're going to run through a sort of handful of opening questions, and then I'll come to audience Q&A.
Just a couple of points there. This session is being webcast. So if you can wait for a microphone, that would be helpful for everybody who's joining us remotely. And the second issue is these lights that we're seeing are very bright.
