Ladies and gentlemen, shareholders, I hereby open the 22nd ordinary AGM of thyssenkrupp. My name is Siegfried Russwurm. I am the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at thyssenkrupp, and therefore, also the chairperson of this meeting. I'd like to welcome you on behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Board of thyssenkrupp. And I am also happy to be able to welcome a number of shareholders from abroad. It would have been great to welcome you in person at the World Congress in Bochum. But because of corona, we can't do that. And because of the health risks and the ordinances by the government, we decided to have it without any visitors. Nobody coming in here in person. And therefore, we make use of the COVID-19 bylaw, which enables us to have this meeting as a virtual meeting. I'd like to thank you for your understanding, and I also thank you for your interest in spite of this special situation.
