Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to 3i Group plc results for the year to 31 March 2023. (Operator Instructions) I would like to remind all participants that the call is being recorded.

I will now hand over to the Chief Executive of 3i Group plc, Simon Borrows, to open the presentation. Please go ahead.

Good morning. Welcome to 3i's FY '23 annual results presentation. I'm Simon Borrows, CEO of 3i Group. Also on the call with me today are: James Hatchley, our Group Finance Director; and Silvia Santoro, our Group Investor Relations Director. The slides supporting our remarks have been put on our website this morning.

As you can see from this morning's numbers, we've delivered a very strong set of results for the year to 31st of March. And we've done that despite strong persisting headwinds from rising interest rates, energy costs and other inflation impacts. And we've also had to deal with the latter stages of supply chain disruption from the pandemic and the Ukraine war.
