Are we good to go? Okay. Good morning, everybody, and welcome. I know it's a busy time for many of you. We really appreciate you coming down and spend some time with us. It's a big day for us to present the results. It's a big year. 2018 was a big year for Sanlam. So I'll unpack the results now with Heinie, then we'll have -- Heinie will take over, do all the financial numbers. Then Junior will talk about the emerging markets and the progress we're making there, and then I'll finish up with some comments on the priorities that we have for the various clusters.
So that's the normal format, and then we'll allow for some question time at the end. I also have some executives here from Sanlam. So I know some of you always have some difficult questions.
