Hello, everyone, and good afternoon. I'd like to welcome you and call to order this year's Annual Meeting of Stockholders of SVB Financial Group. I'm Roger Dunbar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SVB Financial Group. I'll be presiding over today's meeting.
Thank you for joining us today. I'd like to begin by saying that I hope you and your families and friends are all safe and well.
It's been a remarkable year for all of us as we managed and still manage through this pandemic challenge. I personally have been very proud of SVB seeing how our employees have stayed nimble, adapting to new ways of operating and continuing to deliver for our clients, our communities, our stockholders. We have learned a lot and are continuing to learn as we work on defining what our new normal is going to be.
