Okay. Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to Sandfire Resources Annual General Meeting for 2022. Thank you for taking the time to attend. How can we stop that feedback? Can we -- my name is John Richards. Sorry about the terrible photograph but, at least, it's accurate.
My name is John Richards, I'm the Chair of Sandfire Resources and will chair this meeting. I've been advised that a quorum is present, and I declare the meeting open. Today's meeting is being held both in person as well as online via the Lumi platform. This allows shareholders, proxy holders and guests to attend the meeting virtually. Online attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting. In addition, shareholders and proxy holders have the ability to ask questions and submit votes.
