During this general meeting, we will obviously try to present the main points of this general meeting, resolutions and so on, but we will spend time explaining what happened last year. So I officially declare open the general meeting. The combined general meeting convened according to notices published in the bulletin of 4th of March, 29th of March and in this official journal of the 30th of March.
I'd like to draw your attention on the fact that this meeting is a public meeting that will be partially broadcasted live or on a deferred basis on the internet site of the company.
