Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 16th Annual General Meeting of RediShred Capital Corp. If you have not already done so, would you please register your attendance with the scrutineers and deposit any proxies?

I will now call the meeting to order. My name is Robert Crozier, I'm the Chairperson of the Board of RediShred Capital Corp. With me here this afternoon is Jeffrey Hasham, our CEO; and Harjit Brar, our Chief Financial Officer. Harjit will act as secretary for the meeting. I would like to introduce the persons, in addition to myself, who are standing for election to the Board.
