Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 15th Annual Shareholder Meeting of RediShred Capital Corp. If you have not already done so, would you please register your attendance with the scrutineers and deposit any proxies.

I'll now call the meeting to order. My name is Robert Crozier. I'm the Chairperson of the Board of RediShred Capital Corp. With me here this afternoon is Jeffrey Hasham, our CEO, and Harjit Brar, our Chief Financial Officer, Harjit will act as Secretary of this meeting.
