Ladies and gentlemen, the time set for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders has come, and I hereby declare the meeting open.

My name is André Desmarais, and I will be presiding over the meeting. I am joined by Mr. Jeff Orr, President, Chief Executive Officer; and Mr. Stéphane Lemay, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the corporation, who will act as secretary for this meeting.
Again, this year, to proactively deal with the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19 and to mitigate risks of the health and safety of our communities and shareholders, the meeting is being held as a virtual meeting. Although we always look forward to engaging in person with our shareholders, in light of the current health crisis, we had to provide a safer alternative.
Holding our meeting virtually means there are some differences from the way in-person meetings are usually conducted. And our goal is to replicate as best we can the experience you have had if you were meeting in person.
