Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining the conference call this evening covering Ping An's 2020 third-quarter results announcement. My name is James Garner. I am the Group Chief Capital Markets Officer and I'm going to host this evening's call. With me today is Mr. Jason Yao, Group Co-CEO, CFO and Chief Actuary, and also Mr. Richard Sheng, the Board Secretary and Brand Director of Ping An Group who's also attending the call.
