Okay. But I think the appointed time has arrived. So welcome, everybody, to the Pacific Edge 23rd Annual Shareholder Meeting. My name is Chris Gallaher, and I'm the Chairman of Pacific Edge. I believe we have a quorum present, so I now declare the meeting open.
On behalf of the Board, I thank you very much for attending this annual meeting. And to those virtually online, welcome to you as well. This is our first meeting outside '[Denton]'.
