My name is Chris Gallaher, for those who don't know me, and I'm the Chairman of Pacific Edge.
As we have a quorum present, I declare the meeting open. On behalf of the Board, many thanks for attending this meeting on such a miserable day in Dunedin. And also a special welcome to those who are attending virtually. Over the last 2 years, for me anyway, the Annual Shareholder Meeting has been a video event.
