Thank you very much. I would like to welcome you to the Ãssur investor conference call where we will cover the results for the third quarter. My name is Sveinn Solvason. I'm the President and CEO. And with me here today is Arna Sveinsdottir, our CFO. We will begin by going through the highlights of the quarter and end with our guidance for '23. A Q&A session will then follow.
