Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 2023 annual shareholders meeting of Comstock, Inc. I'm Corrado De Gasperis, Executive Chairman and CEO of Comstock, where we are commercializing new, groundbreaking technologies that enable systemic decarbonization. It's my pleasure to welcome you all to the meeting and thank you for joining us today.

We're excited to be hosting this virtual meeting, which allows us to reach a greater number of our shareholders. As is our custom, we'll conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting.
