Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Comstock Mining Annual Shareholder Meeting for 2020. I'm going to call the meeting to order. And I'm very pleased to welcome you all, both here and in person, it's nice to see your faces in the room, but also online to our 2020 annual meeting.
When we were contemplating the format of the meeting this year, we were being advised that almost all the companies were going fully virtual, and we thought that it was great that the services are available to provide a virtual meeting.
