Thanks, Jessie. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Andrew Saker. I'm the Managing Director and CEO of Omni Bridgeway. The purpose of today's call is to present our annual results for the year ended June 30, 2020.
Joining me on the call today is Stuart Mitchell, our Group CFO; and Jeremy Sambrook, our group GC and Company Secretary.
Before commencing the presentation, I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge very trying circumstances in which we find ourselves, both from a social and economic perspective. I would like to thank our shareholders and investors for their support this year and to acknowledge the wonderful work of our team to manage the challenges that have confronted them.
Turning to the presentation and Slide 3. As many of our long-term shareholders are aware, over the past 5 years, we've been working towards the transformation of our business from a balance sheet investor to a fund manager. Whilst we have further work to do in this regard, we've started to see the other benefits
