Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Mike Harding, and I'm Chairman of Horizon Oil Limited. I'd like to start by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and recognize their continuing connection to the land, waters and culture. I would now like to welcome you officially and open our Annual General Meeting for 2019. I'd also like to extend a welcome to all those members who are joining us via the webcast. Based on the numbers of voting members in attendance, I declare a quorum for the meeting.
